NBA Draft Profile: Patrick Patterson
- Updated: May 4, 2010
Patrick Patterson
POWER FORWARD
6-9, 235 lbs.
College: Kentucky
Class: Junior
STRENGTHS: Patterson is an excellent low-post scorer with a nice shooting touch. He is powerful around the basket and has a knack for scoring when he gets the ball with his back to the goal. He is one of the best finishers in the country at his position.
WEAKNESSES: Patterson is not a great rebounder and is a bit undersized at 6-8, which means he may not have a true position in the NBA. He will need to work harder than other NBA guys in order to compete under the glass.
