NBA Draft Profile: Al-Farouq Aminu
- Updated: April 30, 2010
Al-Farouq Aminu
FORWARD
6-9, 215 lbs.
College: Wake Forest
Class: Sophomore
STRENGTHS: Solid post ability, great athleticism, and huge wingspan. Aminu could be a beast as a small forward or a matchup nightmare because of his length and quickness inside. Aminu also showed great low-post improvement last year at Wake Forest.
WEAKNESSES: He is slight at only 215 lbs. and will have trouble defending in the NBA if he does not bulk up. He is also not a very good shooter.
