March Madness Classics: 2000 Saint Bonaventure vs. Kentucky
- Updated: March 16, 2012
By: Kels Dayton
We’re celebrating St. Bonaventure’s return to the NCAA Tournament by going back in time to the last time the Bonnies cracked the Big Dance. St. Bonaventure almost took out Kentucky in a classic double-ovetime tournament game in Cleveland. Kentucky’s Tayshaun Prince hits a three at the end of regulation to send the game into OT. St. Bonaventure fans should remember Messiah Capers, who almost led the Bonnies to a huge upset. Enjoy, Bonnies fans.
